Colonial Cordial

The colonial cordial is a particularly characteristic liquor, with a long lasting fragrance and a hint of vanilla, it has the consistency of delicate honey and the shade of the sun set over Omulew lake, from where this beverage originated. The cordial is made from a medley of delicacies – raisins, figs, dates and apricots, it heeds off depression on autumn evenings, whilst in winter it strengthens the constitution. It tastes sublime, served slightly chilled, after a meal or with coffee and sweets.
